  1. Othello

“Othello, the Moor of Venice” (often shortened as “Othello”) is a story that revolves around betrayal and envy. It starts when Othello, a Venice general, promotes Cassio as his lieutenant, instead of Iago, which was hoping to be promoted instead. Because of this, he promises to get revenge on both using Desdemona, the daughter of the Venetian senator Brabantio, and with whom Othello is secretly married.

The plan starts after Othello is posted to Cyprus by the Duke of Venice. Iago escorts Desdemona there, along with his own wife, Emilia. There, Iago manages to get Cassio drunk, and makes Roderigo - a former suitor of Desdemona, and that agreed to help Iago hoping he can win Desdemona back - pick a fight with him. This makes Cassio get arrested and, as a consequence, he is demoted.

With one part of the plan accomplished, Iago starts to manipulate Desdemona and Cassio so Othello starts to doubt her fidelity. This includes making them chat so Iago can tell Othello that they're having an affair, and manipulating a handkerchief in such manner that it seems that Desdemona gave it to Cassio.

The rest of the story? Only reading it all ;)

The tragedy Macbeth, by William Shakespeare, takes place in Scotland. This is about the life of Macbeth, one of the generals of the king Duncan, that after came back of a successful fight agains the rebels, receives a visit of three witches that told him that in the future he would became the king and told to his friend work, Banquo, that he will “produce” a lineage of kings but without being one. Influenced by his ambitious and ruthless wife, Mcabeth kills the king to take his throne. After that, Macbeth starts to be afraid of Banquo and decides to kill him too. Macbeth starts to have alucinations with Banquo and acting like a crazy man. Because of this fact, the nobility wants to remove Macbeth of the power. Macbeth keeps getting every time crazier than before and this way the story goes with him and his wife in a reign of terror dominated by guilt and madness.

Besides that, Justice Shallow and his young cousin, Slender, have come to Windsor because he has conned them out of money. Falstaff decides to court the wives of two of Windsor's leading merchants, Page and Ford, to get money out of them.

He sends a letter to each of the wives.
